Ack! Frunchroom! That made me laugh out loud. I grew up in Boston but went to college in Chicago (IIT) and it took me YEARS to figure out that people were saying "front room." :-)
I am a proud first time homeowner of a 1927 Chicago bungalow in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. I sort of know what I'm getting into. Or not. Stay tuned.
